For the Boy Scouts of America who periodically burn flags to dispose of them in a respectful ritual? Has he given any thought to that? Or did no one tell him that burning a tattered, faded flag is a time honored way to do away with it after it has fulfilled its function? I’m sure he thought his idea to make it a felony was brilliant. 🤔
