Comparing this to consensual adult sexuality instead of what it is -- cruel and unusual punishment, a violation of the Constitution -- only helps the Trumpists.

Hard to tell from your comment if you were kidding or serious - if it's the latter, there's a lot of info available online on how SM differs from abuse.

Today happens to be an annual celebration of sexual freedom in California, Dore Alley, which will certainly be ended if the Trumpists succeed in taking over the entire country.
