The Clowns Are Already Here [View all]

If you had suspicions that the Trump administration is little more than a freaking circus, you're pretty much spot on the money. Worse, there's not even a ringmaster in this circus. It's all clowns. All the way down.

Trump, himself, is a clown. He wears heavy makeup and has clown hair. He makes odd faces at his audience and uses insults as humor.

His Vice President, J. D. Vance, is little more than a hand puppet for Trump to have sitting on his knee to say things for him.

His Attorney General is a rare girl clown. She's not really qualified to be the chief attorney of the USA. She's almost good looking, but when she speaks, strange noises come out of her mouth that make no sense.

And how about that clown he chose to be Secretary of Defense? Hogsbreath or whatever his name is. It's sort of like making the Mail Boy the CEO of your company. So, this clown is telling seasoned General officers what to do. None of it makes any sense at all, because the Mail Boy doesn't know anything about running the world's largest military force. He has strange tattoos over most of his body. Some are downright scary.

He has another blonde girl who talks to the media for him. She repeats whatever he tells her to say, but understands none of it. When someone asks her a difficult question, she stops to see if she knows something to say about that. She doesn't, so she makes odd faces and meaningless words come out of her mouth anyhow.

He needed to appoint someone to handle the complexity of Health and Human Services, so he chose someone with a famous name. Someone whose father was an Attorney General, a likely Presidential candidate, and brother of one of our most popular young Presidents back in the promising days of the 1960s. Both were famously assassinated in a decade of great people being assassinated. His choice, who is a junior for the younger relative, though, had a worm that ate some of his brain and who now is known for glomming onto every conspiracy theory that's going around. He talks funny and makes no sense.

And so the list goes: Clowns to the left of Trump and jokers to the right. All clowns. All with painted on smiles and bright red noses. What the actual fuck?

Send in the clowns? Don't bother, they're here!
