Fact 1. Potential co-conspirators were given immunity in a 2007 plea deal by then US Attorney Alexander Acosta:

The four women named had allegedly helped recruit underage girls for Epstein at his direction. But that four-word phrase “but not limited to” gave a free pass to anybody who would have helped Epstein acquire or traffic underage girls for sex.

Fact 2. Alexander Acosta resigned as Trump's Labor Secretary due to his role in the Epstein plea deal:

Fact 3. Ghislaine Maxwell's lawyers are currently seeking relief from the Supreme Court because

her conviction was invalid because a non-prosecution and plea agreement that federal prosecutors had made with Epstein in Florida in 2007 also shielded his associates and should have barred her criminal prosecution in New York.
