made the odds better for getting Cannon in the documents case. Where and when the suit is filed makes a difference.

My bottom line is that it is still judge shopping. Filing in Florida compared with filing in New York is judge shopping. Was the WSJ crime against Krasnov committed in New York or in Florida?
