16. I am so older, I was not vaccinated for measles

As the oldest kid, I brought measles, mumps, rubella and chicken pox back to my sisters when I was 5 or 6 in 1955 or 1956. With each, I was out of school for about a week. I can't imagine what it was like being a lower elementary teacher. Imagine having to plan lessons around weeks where you regularly had kids missing for gaps of that size.
