software developers from since day 1. We always had a huge backlog of software projects lined up, and despite the long hours attacking this backlog of client requests, the backlog of requested software projects never seemed to diminish, but instead multiply. Especially when code is getting more and more intertwined, more complicated, and almost becoming too involved for any small group of programmers/developers to manage.
