8. I agree, American Airlines sucks, it's bad

I used to fly AA all the time.

But now I try to fly others, when possible.

I got royally pissed when AA shafted their loyal customers by slashing
their REWARDS flights by raising number of miles needed, and/or dynamic AWARD Miles required based on demand.

AA screwed me out of REWARDS flights, once I had to use nearly 90,000
of my AA Award miles for a short domestic r/t flight first-class (needed first-class b/c I was extremely weak/and ill, had to go to family funeral).

That royally pissed me off.
Americans Airlines lost me then.
And that AA first class flight I took was Shit.
Shitty food. Nothing special at all except seat size.
It should have been only about 40,000 Award miles for that r/t flight.
