1. T's kind of stuck. Courts are denying him, foreign countries aren't playing and he needs to shout victory & move on.

The big thing that needs to be emphasized, and the Senate has the power to do it now, nowhere in the budget calculation should there be some big $$$ offset to the debt assuming big tariff $$$ windfall.
