who treat the countries as their personal fiefdoms; to rob its resources, to squeeze citizens and visitors for their personal coffers.

It is still hard to accept that a single person can turn this country upside down and no one is doing anything. And this person, in contrast to other ones did not come to this position via a military coup but was democratically elected.
