Trump however, has shown that the Constitution is flawed and can be gamed. Somehow, it eventually needs to be stiffened to rectify a situation like this or worse from ever happening again.

We have not only a rogue president, but a rogue political party (and perhaps worse). This is not going to end well at the going pace.
