2. The rocket booster blew up.

Supposed to land in the Gulf of Mexico but went boom boom instead. Also, they were supposed to launch some satellites from the starship, but the doors didn’t open fully. Starship is still going on, but it’s supposed to be landing soon so we’ll see what happens with that.
