I live in Boston and go to the theater multiple times a week. There are/were disingenuous land acknowledgments before each performance by wealthy white people that seem more like virtue signaling. To be more "inclusive," many theaters decided to make their bathrooms all-gender, often with exposed urinals where women can walk by. I don't see how that helped anyone, and even liberal theatergoers complained. Many have reverted to the common-sense practice of having patrons use the bathroom of the sex of which they identify instead of making everybody uncomfortable.

Those things did give people the impression of woke culture. Unfortunately, the result was fascism...
