Contact your state party. If you are represented by a republican, hold your own town hall with a cutout of the guy at the front of the room.
I went to a meeting several years ago when one of our more clueless members brought a guest. She kept asking, "Why don't THEY do this? Why don't THEY do that?" I should have spoken up. There is no THEY. We are THEY.
If you are not getting what you want, organize it yourselves.
