After WWII, the US brought over 1600 German scientists, engineers, technicians to foster military and industrial expertise. Many of these people had worked for the Nazis and were guilty of war crimes.

An ethical dilemma that was overlooked of course.

And yes, the US let some very evil Nazis escape to South America and looked the other way.

Yes Trump and his pals are Nazis to their core.
