Suddenly, Jake Tapper is very credulous [View all]

He asked Mike Johnson this morning if he would be objecting if a Dem President held a closed door meeting with crypto donors. (Good question).

The answer was basically I know nothing and then an immediate pivot to how great trump is that went on and on and on.

Jake was perfectly happy with that answer. He didn't seem to feel that it was evasive in any way, or showed that Johnson was not informed or heaven forbid, "out of it."

It's obvious his credo is R's are to be trusted and taken at face value. They are intrinsically competent and well informed. And it is an honor to have them on his program.

Vomit worthy double standard.
