the only thing "golden" about it is what it will enable its already wealthy grifter benefactors to buy.

Everything Trump does can be traced to one or both of two motivations:

* feed his bank account, or those of his current/immediate** protectors / enablers
* please his puppet master in Russia

** current and immediate protectors/enablers should take note: when the time comes that you fail the "what have you done for me lately" or even just "what will you be able to do for me in the near future" tests, you will no longer be in this category and may even move to the fleecee category.
