And, just because we are not part of the ICC, doesn't mean the Felon and his possible co-defendants can't be charged.

Just as Netanyahu is at risk so can the Felon and his cohorts suffer the same fate along with Putin.

Without membership, the issue is
1.The ability to avoid arrest and 2.The lack of America's cooperation.
Membership would facilitate the process and require any and all defendants to be surrendered to the appropriate authorities in order to defend themselves in a world court.

So with that said, cheer up, there is still hope for accountability beyond elections.
