And the reason why we should be part of it in the future. This Administation needs to be held to account and America has proven itself to be incapable.
Our justice system is being tested and for the most part has made just decisions. The problem is, there is no means of enforcement against a rogue administration. It's virtually a voluntary system of compliance. The Republicans in charge of our other branch of government have abdicated their responsibility.
This administration has yet to totally ignore the courts but that will soon change. That is the Rubicon at which point the Felon will fully embrace publicly his dictatorial ambitions.
Reaching the elections of 2026 is like trying to cross the tracks before the train hits us.
Undoubtedly, the power of the pardon will be used beyond our imagination, if we have fair elections. But pardons would not be recognized by the ICC (International Criminal Court) for crimes against humanity. We need Democrats that are ready to relinquish some of that power. They must recognize America's weakness during the most difficult job of rebuilding our government.
