11. What are the stats on ICE actually rounding up undocumented immigrants?

It seems that the government is cracking down on immigrants that are actually interacting with US immigration services. They are the ones being targeted, because they will help with the stats and are easy to apprehend. Does this suggest a problem with finding the Trump's dystopian fantasy illegal hordes of gang members?
