2. If he cuts medicare/medicaid funding and this goes through as well...

...it may crash blue state budgets. I'm in Oregon, where Medicaid was expanded. The state will be under extreme pressure if it loses both federal funding for both Medicaid AND SNAP benefits.

I believe that is the goal.
