I try to support campaigns, but I ignore requests for financial donations in times when there are not elections. And a while back, I stopped donating to the DNC, and instead just give to the Democrats that I like. I know more people my age that have started doing the same. And we go door-to-door, and make phones calls for the Democrats in our area. Over the years, I've also worked with campaigns for our party's candidates outside of the area.

Though I am old and lack the energy I had fifty years ago and more, I plan to remain active between now and the 2026 mid-terms. It is essential that we make significant progress at every level. And we are in a position to do that, if everyone plays an active role.
