America should take ownership of the plane then immediately put it on the auction block for quick sale.

If King trDUMP wants to buy the plane he can bid or it just like everyone else. Sell it where is - As is - no retrofit by the USA. If he wants a retrofit - sign a contract with Boeing and he can customize it all he wants - on his dime,... not the US Taxpayer's dime.
