3. I want to know why the guts of this bill are only now being reported?

The guts are worse than the tax cuts. WYF??? Did not one reporter or Dem official think the guts of this bill weren't important enough for the people to know about until the last minute? I've read a lot about this bill in the last month or 2 and nowhere did I see this catastrophic provisioning of power to a single branch of government. This is worse than the Patriot Act. Seriously, WTF???
