Enough with the charade. It's borderline insulting not to say it.

I went through this a few years ago with a group of people when I moved from Chicago to a red area. I knew they were dying to call me some sort of derogatory Italian word. I actually fed it to them on a platter to get it over with. Things went better for them subsequently. Funny how that works out.
