The DA’s Office said that payments made while Brown was out on TTD cost the city of Westminster more than $600,000, which was given to her tax-free and also included medical expenses.

There is more information at the link. It was a scam orchestrated by her and her stepfather, who is conveniently an attorney…an attorney with a soon to be suspended license.

Another day I find myself saying “What the fuck is wrong with people!”
