2. Habba, is she the one that scammed a woman who was going to sue Trump's golf course for SA?

Habba supposedly befriended her, gave legal advice, got the woman to sign away almost everything and then Habba ghosted her when all was said and done. The woman got an attorney and was following up on things last year.

How come the NJ Bar Association hasn't pulled Habba's license yet?
