In regards to the debate, that was the absolute worst format for someone who has to deal with a stutter. Joe couldn't get the words out not because he didn't know the answer or was "confused", it was that having 60 seconds for a rebuttal when a) you're exhausted, b) fighting a cold, c) your opponent is spewing so many lies you don't know which one to rebut, and d) the moderators won't do any fact-checking so you have to do your own.

I know Joe Biden felt the weight of the world on his shoulders during that debate. The media had been in a frenzy for weeks, making judgments about the slightest misstep.

If you look at the content of Trump's answers versus Biden, and ignored the 'delivery', Trump would sound like the one dealing with cognitive issues, not Biden.
