54. Organize

disorganized organized to start is kinda nice because there are so many ideas to then organize and people will pick their best places. Work it down, make it usable and important to your group and you will nurture the group. You will find that is about all it takes to start to make a group. It is all a hell of a task but worthwhile. Just do not let it go and it will grow.

This is just my experience. It worked amazingly well for us. I was not in on the creating side, I was on the newbie side but grew to be much more than that. None of these ideas came from me but I sure watched it all happen. Keep the love going as much as you can and you can really get things done. It is never easy but rewarding as anything I have ever experienced before.
