Donald Trump reportedly phoned Rep. Lauren Boebert in a last-minute push to stop her from backing the release of the Epstein files. 1. Not that shocking IMO, save for if you're as delusional as TSF.

Boebert is as transaction as Trump.

And in the privacy of the War Room, TSF requested (maybe demanded) that she change her Epstein vote. The very next words out of her mouth were "What's in it for me?"

And Trump told her nothing. She would get nothing. But he expected her to change her vote.

At this point in her political career, two things might have influenced Boebert to change her vote:
a) Money, property, stocks, etc.
or
b) A viable threat on her safety and/or life.

Option A out of the picture.
Option B was possible but not likely.

Trump couldn't "fire" her.

So she left with status quo.

If TSF were shocked, it's because his delusion of veiled threats and/or promises of enhanced wealth aren't working anymore.

Boebert can see that he's a lame duck and his time is limited.
