The rule of law is under attack by those who are sworn to uphold it. Under the unethical leadership of Trump's Attorney General, Pam Bondi, Department of Justice lawyers are being called out by judges nationwide for lying to the courts. What are the implications of the erosion of the legitimacy of the DOJ?
On another topic, is the Supreme Court drunk on its own power? Do the radical rightwing justices have any concern for the express language of the Constitution, or any concern for the dangers posed by Trump's appetite for autocracy?
