In a scorching dissent addressed to the MAGA 6 on the Supreme Court, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson took her title seriously, and metes out justice to protect the transgender American community who are being forced to have their "gender assigned at birth" listed on their passports, not for some legitimate "foreign affairs" reason, but because Trump hates the community.

2. The Emergency Docket was previously predominated by death penalty cases. The MAGA 6 have corrupted it.

They are using it to stay rulings Trump doesn't like, with no showing of irreparable harm on the government's part. In the death penalty cases, the irreparable harm was obvious: the defendant would be put to death before having a chance to argue his case before the Supreme Court. Here, the Trump Administration will absolutely not suffer any permanent harm. On the contrary, it is the other side that will suffer permanent harm if the Trump administration’s actions are not blocked. But the MAGA 6 don't care. They give Trump the stay of the lower court's adverse ruling 83% of the time! He loses in lower courts 90% of the time, but SCOTUS has become Trump’s weapon against the rule of law.

We must expand the Court to 13 justices when Democrats are back in power.

I'm just hoping that Alito and Thomas will hang in there until we're rid of TFG, we don't need more RW justices looking to last 40 years on the bench.

4. I'm not a legal expert but I am much more educated in the law since TSF became president.

I think Justice Jackson has an in depth analytical approach to these issues and her conclusions are so well presented after all the legalese (that I don’t understand) is settled, is pertinent to our ever changing times and norms. I’m starting to really appreciate her appointment.
