Trump DESTROYS Himself with FATAL BLOW - Legal AF

Trump and his Commerce Secretary, who have never employed a foreign skilled worker in the U.S. in their life to run their private companies, just destroyed the H1-B visa program, which permits U.S. and foreign companies to invest in the U.S. economy by building companies and expanding business operations in the U.S.

Trump thinks he's increasing the amount collected in fees, when all he is doing to further making Americans suffer economically, Michael Popok reports. - 09/22/2025.

we employ a large number of skilled workers using the H1B visa program.

We will ( my predication ) not hire H1B workers in the USA anymore. We will simply hire them in their country of origin OR hire them in another country ( for time zone or other reasons ) like Mexico or Canada or elsewhere. We are officially a WFA ( work from anywhere ) company. One of my team mates works from a sail boat in the Galapagos islands. Many work from remote locations in the USA. I work primarily from my home.

We will still hire foreign workers... only they will stay in India or Taiwan or the EU and spend their money they earn there. There is absolutely no need for them to be local in the USA.

Silly stupid Trump and Lutnick ( Lick nut ).

Great job morons.

I feel sorry for many of our workers who have been here many years on an H1B visa who will now face a difficult decision. I don't see my company ( as generous as they have been to the staff ) picking up the cost of an extra $100K per year per foreign worker currently here on an H1B.

The company I worked for over many years is now laying off so many and shipping these same jobs to India, no doubt because it's cheaper. My friend who worked on the technical end (computer tech) who had worked there since 1973 (when he first got out of college) was one of the most recent layoffs. My other good friend still has her job no doubt because she works with American sports which those in India don't necessarily follow (she's been there since 1984) and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that she's able to keep her job.

My company can be very picky as who they hire... and the world is our job applicants. Literally.

As long as you have a decent internet connection and can interact with other team members ( English and technical skills are normal requirements, but even English is not completely necessary ), your in.

India graduates more honors students than the USA HAS students. China... were it not for export restrictions on our technology, would be a huge source of educated qualified workers.

And then there is the rest of the world. Imagine if we improve the lives of people in Africa and their educational opportunities. EU is a great source of educated and skilled workers who would be very happy to stay in the EU and work "remotely". South and Central America as well.

Of course we want the best qualified and best educated people to work for us. But they simply don't have to come physically to the USA to do that. Trump and licknuts live in the 1970s mentality. So completely stupid.

Of course, for those skilled in trades like electricians, plumbers, construction people... we mostly hire contractors to do those roles for us now, that won't change, we probably will pay more for the buildings we build and maintain, but seriously, that is not a large source of H1B visa employment, either for us directly or our contractors.

Not to mention that we will likely do those construction projects where we have new workers... which won't be here.
