US Senate unanimously approves Charlie Kirk Day. (But wait, there's more) - Parkrose

Will this Racist soon become a Saint too?

A man so "beloved" that celebrating him is now MANDATORY.

The US Senate reminds me of the story of when the DVD industry tried to stop people like me from pirating the DVD's, I bought from them. SONY DVD came up with a unique code they laser imprinted around the edge of the DVD. It worked for about 10 minutes until some kid grabbed a black Sharpie Marker and went over the code with it. Charles Schumer and all politicians are just the quid pro quo code we are erasing with our collective every colour Sharpie.

Once again Chuck Schumer is leading by example and voting for this national day of remembrance. I think we can all agree this is another brilliant move by the democratic leadership. Asshole. This jackass as got to go.

He will of course spout the bullshit irrelevancy that "I didn't vote for Mr. Kirk, not at all. I voted for a day to remember the First Amendment and how every word uttered freely is a sign of the strength of the blah, blah, blah, and now must stop writing because the bullshit is actually spurting out of my pen, literally covering my writing desk in diarrhea."

And her freckles had nothing to do with it -- although they helped. But her intellect and articulation and courage -- she laid out very simply what the fascist Party is doing and why. I wish she might take her message and her eloquence to a broader audience.

I recall the words of John Harriington, 16th century courtier, writer, and loyal to the Queen:

"Treason doth never prosper; what's the reason/ For if it prosper, none dare call it treason."
And this, friends, sums up the success of the former GOP, now turned Fascist Party.

And it's stuck with me ever since.

(Interesting trivial sidelight: The same John Harrington has been credited with the invention of the flush toilet.)

voted for it. This is exactly why I and many others are fed up with the leadership.
