Trump LOSES BIG as FED BOARD IGNORES Him - Legal AF
Federal Reserve Gov. Lisa Cook landed two major victories in her fight against the Trump administration to keep her job and preserve the independence of the U.S. central bank. By a 2-1 margin, the D.C. Circuit found that Trump violated Cook's constitutional right to due process by claiming to remove her "for cause" without a hearing.
