Fox SPIRALS as Hosts LOSE IT on AIR - Legal AF

Michael Popok explains why Fox and Brian Kilmeade should not only be taken off the air and sanctioned and lose their broadcast license for calling for the lethal injection of the unhoused during a recent broadcast, but the Manhattan district attorney should open up a criminal investigation to prosecute Kilmeade for criminal solicitation and hate crimes. - 09/15/2025.

Well, the host believes that what was said on Fox is tantamount to a crime Rhiannon12866 16 hrs ago #2

I also think the point is that Matthew Dowd on MSNBC was fired for what he said, but this was much worse Rhiannon12866 16 hrs ago #4

I remember Dr. Tiller, he was actually assassinated while he was attending church! Rhiannon12866 15 hrs ago #6
Fox News does not have a broadcast license to lose. It's cable, no FCC license applies. (n/t) thesquanderer 10 hrs ago #7

... I did see his point. I don't think it's a strong case. Brian would say it was only a suggestion... and it was more "love" than a hate crime. He would say they are being sent to Heaven. I don't know if he really believes that, but I do believe he was serious in suggesting they should be killed. I think their effort is to "brand" all homeless people as dangerous. Then, it's easy for FOX suggest they be killed - peacefully, of course.

... said nothing inappropriate. Possibly, it could be considered insensitive in timing... but even that is not much. And, the whole conversation he participated in was, I thought, respectful. FOX, on the other side, gets away with worse... I recall O'Reilly did a story on an abortion clinic... where a doctor named Tiller worked. "TILLER THE BABY KILLER!" screamed the host. The doctor was assassinated. yes, O'Reilly later retired... but it was not about his Tiller story. FOX gets away with it.

I know that we're entitled to free speech, but I still think that there should be penalties for threats or telling blatant lies to the unsuspecting public.
