He probably believes that if he confiscates the plant then his buddies will move back to the US and make their cars here. HAHAHA what a bozo they are not moving here because they are paying their overseas employees pennys on the dollar. As for as benefits for those employees there are none. Krasnov has been given a hand full of beans and told that they are magical, except the magic is in the billlionares hands and that magic is making them millions per day.
