Steve Schmidt covered three things I say:
1) The Dem Leaders are not meeting the moment (and replace Chuck Schumer ASAP)
2) Fire the consultants and strategists
3) The party needs to work like a team
I thought their premise of Michael Steele as head of the DNC was an interesting approach. Personally, I wish it had been Martin O'Malley who was selected.

Steve Schmidt previously gave the best anti-TFG rant that I'd ever heard. As for head of the DNC, from what I heard from the nominees, Martin O'Malley was my first choice, too.
