Are we confusing evil with mental issues? The guy became president twice, he caused so much chaos in his first stunt as president, so much of it that was obvious, he is an indicted felon, twice impeached, he was proven to be a sexual abuser, a fraud, a liar, an insurrectionist, suspected of sharing top secret information with other countries, and so much more, but he still managed to become president once again. He has the republican party dancing without having to shoot at their feet (like cowboy movies used to show), the media has caved in to his whims and craziness, the Democratic party seems unable to do much, and still some of them, Democrats, voted in favour of the crypto scam that we all know will be a fraud...And I can go on, and on...he seems to get away with everything, so how is that he is constantly accused of "mental illness", who is pulling the strings then? Whatever is happening the USA is getting screwed, the USA is about to enter the worst part of its history.
Where is the military? Why are they caving in to the military parade on his birthday when its costing taxpayers over $40 million while cuts on Medicare/Medicaid are being discussed because "the country needs to save money".
For someone with mental illness he surely accomplishes a lot, 99% of his accomplishments are evil, but nonetheless, he does it and remains untouchable.
