that just makes shit up as he goes along. He defends nothing with his words other than some assumed right they all believe they have to just do whatever the hell they want.
Oh and I must say, he does look like after every three sentences, that he just escaped the Saharan Desert dying of thirst. My favorite Rube(io) facial impression.
