The Supreme Court Has to Reject Trump's Attack on Birthright Citizenship - Congressman Dan Goldman
Birthright citizenship, enshrined into the Constitution 157 years ago, has been reaffirmed numerous times as a fundamental right conferred on all who are born here.
Let’s not forget that we are a country of immigrants and our nation benefits greatly from all those who seek our shores in pursuit of liberty and happiness.
We must harness the American Dream and expand access to it. Trump is trying to take it away from people who don’t look like him.
SCOTUS must reject this cynical effort. - 05/15/2025.

He stands up for ALL of us and the America we've lived in UP TO NOW, even as Trump and his greedy billionaire minions are trying to dismantle it. I applaud him.
