The very first talks between Russian and Ukraine happened only weeks after the beginning of the invasion. They didn't lead to anything and were abandoned for years. But now the desire to talk has resumed. Putin recently proposed 'direct serious talks' to Ukraine in Turkey. Will the happen? Or is this another empty promise of Putin? Zelensky challenges Putin to have this talks.
