Father Guido!!

I have been thinking about him since the pope died and wondering if he was still with us. He was one of my favorites back in the day.

He apparently made it up but it was probably inspired by a possibly true story about Pope Fabian, who ascended by acclamation after thirteen fruitless days of voting when a dove landed on his shoulder, which was interpreted as a sign from God.
