His neighbors saw him coming out on a stretcher with no oxygen equipment after CPR was attempted earlier in the building. Who knows how long he had been down and not breathing before they got to him. I suspect he’s fully dead and parked in a refrigerator until August 3rd when the special election deadline passes.

And what’s with the instant redecoration?
