What do you suppose it's going to cost the tax payers to drain the pool, tear up the crappy paint job, and then repair it correctly? The work must be done by a qualified company awarded the contract in a standard bidding process.

This is really just a large shallow swimming pool. Can you imagine how badly Trump could fuck up his ballroom project? I can. It will be another one of Trump's tremendous, like no one has ever seen before, shit show.
