Judge Rules Pete Hegseth VIOLATED Sen. Mark Kelly's 1st Amendment Free Speech Rights - Glenn Kirschner
Yesterday, Senator Mark Kelly defeated Donald Trump's Department of Justice when a grand jury refused to indict him for speaking the truth by saying that military members must not obey illegal orders.
Today, Sen. Kelly defeated Pete Hegseth and the Department of Defense when a judge ruled that Hegseth may not punish Senator Kelly for exercising his First Amendment free speech rights.
These rulings are good for the rule of law, good for the Constitution, and points of light shining amidst the Trump-induced darkness. - Glenn Kirschner - 02/12/2026.
