Comey speaks out: Grateful case 'based on malevolence & incompetence' was dropped - MS NOW Reports

The cases against former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James have both been dismissed, after a federal judge said the prosecutor in charge of them was not lawfully appointed. The White House responded to the ruling, saying this is not "the final word on this matter." Comey also spoke out about it, saying he is grateful the case "based on malevolence and incompetence" was dropped.

MS NOW Justice and Intelligence Reporter Ken Dilanian and MS NOW White House Reporter Laura Barrón-López have more details. Former U.S. attorney Joyce Vance and Senior Writer at The Dispatch David Drucker join with their reaction. - Aired on 11/24/2025.
