I don't know how many times I've heard "I can not speak about an ongoing investigation"

Yes, it was the charging press conference, and often there is info in the charging documents - but this text seems like it would be held as material evidence during the trial.

I could be wrong about this, but something about these text messages does not sit well with me. Maybe it is the completed sentences. From a 22 year old. Go figure.
