1. The real blame goes to the supreme court who have made unitary executive theory the law of the land.

Unitary Executive Theory says that the president of the US possesses sole unchecked authority, and completely undermines the checks and balances that the founders of the country intended.

4. Yes. They are giving unchecked, unprecedented power to the executive branch, and that is unforgivable. Of course I

am not referring to what the "media" refers to as the "liberal" judges, which is actually an oxymoron. The media's so-called "liberal judges", are actually upholding the principles built into the Constitution, while the so-called "conservatives" are ripping it up.

3. I'd have to say that Jerome Powell is deserving of enormous credit

BOTH for the way he has handled Trump - and a relatively tricky economic situation. ('soft landing' anyone?) Mostly new ground on both fronts aforementioned - and overall, I'd like to know who would have done better.

5. The credit I would give Powell is his efforts to maintain the independence of that Fed, no matter who was in

charge.

Unfortunately, that is about to be completely dismantled by the miscreant in the white house, with the help of the congressional republicans.

History will not not represent this period in our country in a favorable light I suspect.
