I only eat 1/2 of one at a time. I only used 1/4 cup of the oil but, I wanted them strong
for middle of the night when I need the pain relief.

Heated one cup coconut oil with 5 grams of shake from pre-rolls from a dispensary, mostly sativa.
Heated in a double boiler (pyrex cup inside sauce pan) with low heat for 2 hours.
